Description
Test Automation Engineer to create and test automation cases for infrastructure and service monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Perform automation testing of web based and mobile applications.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts
- Responsible for creating automated tests for web/mobile applications.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Work with Product Owners to validate and review the automation cases.
Duration: Possibility of extensions. No opportunity for FTE conversion
Location: Fully remote position in Mexico
Shift: Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. No travel required
Must Haves - 1-3 years of experience in Software Test Automation (Web/Mobile)
- Knowledge on web automation using JMeter/Selenium/Cypress/Postman
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to be able to read and understand front-end web code
- Some prior experience with the standard software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support)
- Experience in testing SOAP Service, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Good Knowledge or understanding of different web/mobile/API security mechanisms.
- Experience designing, developing, and running scripts to automate testing.
