Description
Develops test plans and test cases. Develops automated tests. Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management. Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes. Works with multiple development teams and software projects. Experience with a test tracking software package is desired.

Location: 100% Remote, anywhere in Mexico
Core Requirements:
- 5 years of experience overall in Testing
- 3+ Years of experience as Testing Lead- overseeing testing groups, building test plans and scripts, closure reports and strategies.
- Test Lead experience, strong communication skills, well organized and good with time management, must be flexible and able to change priorities quickly.
- Process oriented and develop a functional understanding of different workstreams
- Willingness to step in and help out when required
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have excellent communication skills- the role will need to communicate to several different areas- IT, Ops, Business.
- Standard US Hours of Operation with an occasional night and weekend for releases
Nice to Have: - Project Management Experience
- Previous experience in Banking or Financial Industry
- Functional knowledge of Mainframe, Cobol, or Microfocus would be a plus
