Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed specifications from which automation scripts will be written.
- Design, code, debug, test, document and maintain complex automation scripts.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives.
- Research and resolve production problems.
- Perform moderate to high degree of business analysis and/or technical analysis.
- Perform script migrations.
- May serve as technical lead on project.
- Interacts with technical team and business unit on regular basis

Years of Experience: 6+ years of experience leading software automation teams, tools, and best practices
Language requirements: Spanish. English is a plus (not required)
Technical Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of shell scripting on Linux, Bash, Korn, Perl, Python or Ansible scripts
- Knowledge of shell scripting on Windows, PowerShell, or Python
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST and JSON for calling API Services in Automation Scripts.
- Comfortable working in RedHat Linux command-line.
- Participate in production support team.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and platforms such as Terraform, Rundeck, Ansible, etc.
- Excellent general understanding of Linux, cloud networking and server management
- Knowledge of HTTP or Background in web technologies is highly desired.
- Experience with LMA (Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting) using monitoring tools, preferably using Dynatrace
- Knowledge about maintenance of Linux and Windows systems.
