Description
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Duration:Possibility of extensions and/or FTE conversion. Eventually convert to FTE
Location: Hybrid position. 2 days a week on-site at either Queretaro or Mexico City locations
Shift: Regular business hours Monday-Friday
Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or Cybersecurity management
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bilingual in both Spanish/English (strong verbal and written)
- Experience with Windows AD/LDAP and/or Linux systems administration
- Understanding the concepts and operational aspects of password vaulting tools (Cyber Ark or equivalent)
- Ability to interface with business and technical teams/key stakeholders
- Strong general technology background
- Ability to manage multiple, ongoing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to frame security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
